The rollers are tough and long-lasting because they are machined of a cast nylon composite called Combolium 396®. This material allows the gate to roll easier and quietly with no slipping or sticking.
Roller wear-ability is increased up to fifteen times that of existing rollers, giving it “THE BEST” proficiency.
The shaft is made out of stainless steel which makes it able to easily slide in and out of the mounting bracket. This provides improved gate alignment and adjustment.
The bearings are “THE BEST” because they are double sealed and will never need greasing.
Larger bearings become capable of carrying heavier loads because bearing pockets are modified
The hardware and accessories are “THE BEST” because they are heavy-duty and rust resistant. This provides a high-quality, low maintenance wheel, that keeps your gate rolling smoothly and efficiently long into the future.
